Jon is a certified Physician Assistant originating from the Pacific Northwest. He first moved to Nashville from Washington State in 2012, where he graduated with his bachelor’s in Biology from Lipscomb University. After 3 years of working as a family medicine scribe, Jon eventually transitioned back to school and graduated with his master’s in PA studies from Lipscomb in 2020. After graduating, he worked for a men’s health practice but has found his way back to his passion for primary care. Jon believes in forming an open and trusting relationship with his patients in order to help them on their way to wellness. Jon enjoys playing video games, camping, and caring for his two dogs. He and Athena met in PA school and turned from study partners into life partners. They appreciate the opportunity to work alongside one another in this family medicine practice! Jon is currently open to taking new patients.
Anna is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who has been working as a PCP in Integrative Family Medicine since 2015. During that time, she started managing thyroid disorders, such as Hashimoto’s, and helping women regulate their hormones naturally. Anna has training from the AARM and A4M and has received a Metabolic and Integrative Endocrinology Certificate through MMI. Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Anna served as a Women’s Health Nurse for 2 years and then a Labor and Delivery Nurse for 8 years. She is passionate about partnering with women to figure out root causes of health complaints and create holistic plans to reach health goals.
Candice is a pharmacist dedicated to educating and empowering her patients. She graduated from Belmont University with a Biology degree, then completed pharmacy school at The University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in Memphis. She started her natural therapy training as a mentee under Mark Binkley, RPh., fresh out of school, specializing in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), and her most recent training has been with The Institute of Functional Medicine and LDN Research Trust. She holds one of the few international certificates for becoming an LDN Specialist. With 15+ years of experience guiding patients through hormone challenges, Candice has developed a passion for efficiency and simplicity in medicine. She loves guiding men and women through their health journeys in one-on-one settings to uncover their best next steps with clarity.
Dr. Chunn is a licensed Internal Medicine physician from North Carolina who now calls Nashville home. Dr. Chunn is married with four children and two dogs. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies and sports with his family and exercising. As a supervising M.D., he does not currently see patients in the clinic.
