We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to make the scheduled appointment time for primary care services, we do require that you notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to avoid incurring a fee. Patients who fail to show up for their appointment will have the no show documented in the patient record. All patients will have no more than three (3) no show appointments and/or canceled appointments. All patients who have three (3) no show appointments and/or cancellations will no longer be permitted to schedule appointments with Riverside Village Clinic and will only be seen on a walk-in basis. The following fees will be applied:
- No show, same day cancellations, or reschedule within 24 hours - $75
- Reschedule within 48 hours of appointment time - $50
- The cancelation and no show policy does not apply to integrative services.
Administrative Fees for Paperwork Processing: $15 - $50 depending on the complexity of the form(s) (i.e. FLMA, Disability, Adoption, Foster Care Forms, Medical Accomodation Letters, etc.) These fees are the sole responsibility of the patient and must be paid in full before the patient’s next appointment.

Concierge Integrative Services - Appointment & Billing Policy
We do not accept insurance for these services, and we require a non-refundable 50% deposit upfront to secure the appointment. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the scheduled appointment.
Concierge Integrative Services - No Show & Cancellation Policy
Concierge service deposits are non-refundable. If an appointment is rescheduled within 1 week of scheduled appointment time, the deposit may be applied to the rescheduled appointment time. If the appointment is not rescheduled within 1 week of the scheduled appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be required to secure an additional appointment.
