Our team of empathetic professionals at Riverside Village Clinic are dedicated to keeping our community healthy and strong.

  • Anna Guessetto
    FNP

    Anna is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who has been working as a PCP in Integrative Family Medicine since 2015. During that time, she started managing thyroid disorders, such as Hashimoto’s, and helping women regulate their hormones naturally. Anna has training from the AARM and A4M and has received a Metabolic and Integrative Endocrinology Certificate through MMI. Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Anna served as a Women’s Health Nurse for 2 years and then a Labor and Delivery Nurse for 8 years. She is passionate about partnering with women to figure out root causes of health complaints and create holistic plans to reach health goals.

  • Candice Burtner
    Pharm.D.

    Candice is a pharmacist dedicated to educating and empowering her patients. She graduated from Belmont University with a Biology degree, then completed pharmacy school at The University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in Memphis. She started her natural therapy training as a mentee under Mark Binkley, RPh., fresh out of school, specializing in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), and her most recent training has been with The Institute of Functional Medicine and LDN Research Trust. She holds one of the few international certificates for becoming an LDN Specialist. With 15+ years of experience guiding patients through hormone challenges, Candice has developed a passion for efficiency and simplicity in medicine. She loves guiding men and women through their health journeys in one-on-one settings to uncover their best next steps with clarity.

  • Dr. Kalb
    Medical Director

    Dr. Kalb, received his medical degree from SUNY at Stony Brook in New York, did his Residency in Family Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Shadyside Hospital, and received his Masters of Public Health from the University of Texas, Houston. Dr. Kalb is a Fellow in the Medical Academy of Pediatric Special Needs (MAPS), and he is one of the physicians listed by the PANS/PANDAS Network. In addition, Dr. Kalb is a member of the International Lyme and Associated Disease Society (ILADS) and completed their Fellowship. After a 10-year career teaching and doing research in Family Medicine, including as Director of a Family Medicine Residency in Houston, Dr. Kalb moved to Nashville and with a focus on an Integrative practice which he opened in Cool Springs in 2006, and then moved to Nashville in 2022. The clinical areas of focus for the practice include PANS/PANDAS, CIRS, Autism, Lyme Complex Disease, Environmental toxicity, gut health issues and Autoimmune Disease in children and adults.

  • Lisbeth Bence
    Patient Service Specialist

    Lisbeth is our Patient Service Specialist, and the friendly face and voice behind our Riverside Village Clinic.  She is the liaison between our valued patients and excellent clinical staff.  She has been with our clinic since we first opened in 2018, and her heart and dedication to the clinic shows in everything that she does for our patients and staff.  She has been a local East Nashvillian for over 20 years, and has a huge passion for serving her community.  She and her family reside in Inglewood, and she loves being close to her work, her daughter’s school, and interacting with her home and community on a daily basis.  Lisbeth has over 12+ years of experience in medical administration and 25+ years in customer service.

  • Quiana Murphy
    Medical Assistant

    With over 15 years of experience in primary care, Quiana brings a strong clinical foundation and a deeply compassionate approach to patient care. As a Certified Medical Assistant, she is also CPR certified and holds a Limited X-Ray License, allowing her to support a wide range of clinical needs- from patient intake and vital signs to assisting with exams, procedures, and basic radiography.

    Having spent more than a decade serving the East Nashville community, she is known for building meaningful relationships with patients and creating a welcoming, supportive environment. Her attention to detail, efficiency in fast-paced settings, and commitment to professionalism ensure that both patients and providers feel supported every step of the way. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care while upholding the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and trust.
