Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Integrative health services require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The balance is due on the day of your visit.
If you need to reschedule within one week of your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to your new time. If no rescheduling occurs within that window, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book again.
- Patients who no-show or cancel more than 3 times may be moved to walk-in only status for future visits. These policies help us protect your time and ours – so we can continue to serve everyone with care and intention.
